Apply the correct amount to the procedure.
Create a claim as you would for normal insurance, entering it under the “Write Off” column for the 15% discount.
Double-check calculations to ensure the 15% discount is applied correctly.
Family Account Setup:
Add the RVDC plan to the patient’s account.
Include a pop-up note and CommLog entry with the purchase and expiration date.

Make sure there is no insurance payment when using this plan.
Always confirm that the calculations are accurate for the 15% discount.
